That's an almost impossible question to answer, it depends on your set up and your preference.

Kuhlis produce less waste so you can stock more of them, but need a sand substrate to be happy. Plecs can grow very large, so you have to be very sure what species you're buying and make a lot of mess for their size, so you'll have to do more cleaning up afer them.

i simply love khulis more then pleco not to anyones offense...also pleco poop way to much

four pigmy coreys and five zebra dainosand two albio corys the tank is three foot tank
