Please Please Help!

Please help somebody.
My Betta seems really poorly, he's just sitting there and not swimming around at all. He was fine yesterday but today he's not moving at all.
I've moved hin to a seperate bowl with fairly shallow water so that he hasn't got far to swim for air.
My water stats are: Ammonia-0, Nitrite-0, Nitrate-20, PH-7.5.
I've added som Pimafix in the hope this will help. I've just checked on him and he was laying on his side slightly but when I put my finger in the water he swam away. He's now just laying there again and won't eat.
PLEASE HELP!!

Hi stangi is the fish bloated.
Could be constipation down to a bacterial infection.
Try some shelled peas.

Hi Wilder.
I've tried peas but he won't eat anything, just seems really listless.
I'm really panicking about what to do, I'd hate to lose him!
He doesn't look bloated at all and I can't see any other physical signs of illness.
Jollysue mentioned in my other post about adding salt but I only have coarse sea salt and don't know how much to put in.
Any help would be great.

Is he on his own, if so one tablespoon to 5gal of table salt.

Thanks for replying Wilder, I'm desperate to help the little fella.
He is on his own. Do I add the salt to the water while he's in ther or do I have to take him out first?

Add some of his tank water to a jug, add the right amount of salt, stir well till it has dissolved and add to the tank.
Bless him hope he pulls through.

I've just sorted his water so now I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
I forgot to ask, what's the best temperature to keep his water at please?

Never kept betta so not sure, bacterial infection turn temp down 2 degrees.
But not sure with constipation if the higher temp helps get things moving.
