Please Id This Fish For Me

hi i am a TFF newbie. my GF just got back from pets @ home with 3 new "white cloud minnows" to keep our 1, that came free with our neon tetra's, company. I id'd 2 as white cloud minnows but i dont know wat this one is? i had thought it might have been a female but i feel they look just too different to be the same breed, please help me.

thanks for the link i acctually think that it is a flame tetra as it has 2 vertical, dark, bars behind its gils.
i konw that it wasn't the best of pictures, thanks any way
