My dwaf gourami killed my female betta and is picking on my other gourami I do not know what I should do I have had them all for 2 weeks and they were fine till yesterday

only thing you can do is separate them.

its a bad idea mixing a betta with anything mind you.

the other gourami should be able to hold its own.

try moving all the stuff around in the tank, also think about adding some semi aggressive larger fish

The other gourami won't be able to hold it's own. Seperate them, re-arrange the tank and, if the gourami being picked on is the same species as the bully and female, get a couple more girls the same size and add all three in again. Get yourself some floating plants as well while you're at it and lower the temperature (very gradualy) so that it's not above 77 deg F. If you have two males, return one and keep the other alone or get a couple of same-sized females. Again, re-arrange the tank etc before adding them.

BTW, what species of gourami is the 'other' one and how large is this tank?

btw you must never put gourmis and bettas in the same tank. Bettas can be hard to keep in a community tank and if any should be kept it would be either females togather with less "showy" fish for example cory cats or white clouds, or you could also do 1 male with cory cats or white clouds.
