OKay i just came accross this site.. i've never posted about my fish or know how to describe them.. and i just found out what kinda fish this one that is looking weird is..

so if i sound stupid.. u know why lol

I have this Molly fish.. had him/her 1 year and about 5 months... recently like yesterday i noticed it was laying on the bottom of the tank.. i thought it was dead..
but iit then moved.. and started swimming, but it's almost as if it's struggling to move it's it's fins dont move together so it kinda wigglies around now.. fighting to get to the top and around teh tank.. it's tail it's flowiong through the water.. but he's eatting, it's just after he eats he sinsk to the bottom and lays back down..

usually in a corner..

is he dying?? do i need to get something for him??

he's been in a tank with 4 tetras and a huge feeder fish... i've had them for over a year also.. they all get along great... any ideas what i can do??

Please help.. i love this lil fishie :(

What size tank? Are all the other fish OK? What you have described sounds like swim bladder problems. The fact that he is eating is good

You might want to put some aquarium salt in the tank.....you will need to buy this from your LFS (local fish store).....I recommend 1tbsp per 5 US gallons. That may help. Do mot use regular table salt as it contains additives which may harm yur fish.

Let us know how he goes :)

OH....and welcome to TFF :hi:

What type and size feeder fish is he with and do you know what dechlorinator is and how many gallons does the tank they are in hold? I would do a 60% water change right now with dechlorinator as keeping excellent water quality will help improve his condition  .
