Hi 1stly i have a 5 foot tank, stats ph 7.2 amonia 0.25 nitrite 0 nitrate 10

we moved home 4 months ago and had no problems before, but since move. ive started losing the smaller fish, i thought angel fish attacking them as the fish seemed healthy then in the morning were dead and looked like been attacked/eaten.so far i lost 2 tiger barbs 6 guppies all males and 3 platies. my angel fish were last to be introduced one had one eye (1 male 1 female). no signs of disease or anything on any fish these moved in from someone elses home when we moved so about 4 months ago.
all fish look ok in evening then in morning there dead?? the angel fish was ok these evening, went to tesco came home hes dead? hes few scales missing but he does fight with the other angel time to time.
so confused please help whats going on?

Are the test kits that you are using old or were just a cheap make, this can give you inaproximate data which means all of your remaining fish can be in danger

0.25 ammonia isn't too good i would do daily water changes until it goes to 0 other than that i'm not to sure. I once had ammonia of 0.25 and it lost me 6 fish in total.

Ok did the ammonia reading happen before the fish dead or after.
Bad water quality takes its toll on fish.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Check the body of the fish for excess slime, pale gills with excess slime, or red and inflamed gills.
Lost any fish to being skinny or bloated.

Thank you for help, all fish hadent changed in habits or appearance, all 'normal' then just die, thats why i blamed the angels as i know they can be bullys sometimes but now not so sure. even when their dead they look healthy (appart from the ones the fish obviously got to before me in the night). could it then be the amonia? or could it be bacterial? i had 1 guppy who i thought had bloat one day but then by evening her scales back to normal then she died next day, thats the only fish thats looked or acted different so i dont know if related.

Your stocking not right if i'm honest.
Guppys shouldn't be kept with angel and tigar barbs as there bough fin nippers.
Not sure angel and tigar barbs go that well.
Every tank different some members say they will get along and some not.
Keep a look out for flicking and rubbing, excess mucas, fish going thin or bloated.
Keep a look out for when they go to the toilet.
Do you know if the guppys were wild caught.
