Please Help ! Sick Golden Nugget Pleco

hi there i bought a golden nugget pleco about 4 weeks ago (still small 4-6 cm)
hes been living in a 125 lite tank with plenty of caves and decorations with algae and i also feed it algae waffers and noticed he eats blood worm too.

anyways i had some elephant nose which where bullying him so i took them back to the pet store i think hes got stressed and has a disease.

the disease is cloudy grey spots (3 of them) about 1/2 a cm wide each . i researched a bit and thought it may be velvet but im not sure also when he swims under the light they look goldy colour.

ive been treating him with paragard full dose for 4-5 days now in the community tank. but he still hides away and hasn't been eating much.

any ideas of the disease and how to treat it ??

amomia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate low

20% weekly water change
2 filters built in juwel filter pluss 250 litre second filter
good waster flow and aeration

tank mates : 5 x sword tales 1 x angel fish 1 x other small pleco (the pleco's are friendly towards each other) and of corse golden nugget pleco

ive got another tank too which i breed mollies and hope to get a 300-600 litre tank when the pleco's get bigger
