Please Help My Fish

My fish has a slightly pink and slightly swollen anal spot. I've never encountered this before and don't want to lose any of my stock. Please help

Taking a fish of a pics behind has been the hardest pic Ive tried to take in this hobby so far. I had to adjust the temperature brightness and color to highlight the spot. To me it looks inflamed but I'm not sure. Certainly didn't look that way a week ago.
