Please Help Green Terror With Eye Problem Kept Alone His Whole Life Wi

Was wondering what is wrong with my Green Terror..

He has been kept by himself his entire life, never seen another fish, never fed any LIVE foods, so I just don't know what is wrong with his eye.

It looks like a little white pimple right in the center of his eye. Upon closer inspection it looks to be under the lens of the eye.

He is quite jumpy, perhaps he damaged it himself? He is about 10 inches in size kept in a 45-gallon tank, and like I said NEVER ever has this fish been exposed to anything.

I tried to get some closeup photos, other then this eye problem he seems to be doing well.

I keep his tank in tip top shape with 50% water change / gravel-vac every 2-days.

Filtered with 2 Aqua-Clear 110 external power filters on a single 45-gallon tank.

What are your water stats? Ammonia, nitrites, ph, nitrates. Water temp would be good, too.

Stats would be good like some member asked for.
A white speck on the eye can be eye flukes, What colour is the pimple, i think i would try a bacterial med first on him.
