Hey,
It's my first time setting up a C02 system for a tank and I was suggest to go the DIY route. I found this youtube video My link that explains how to make a yeast based C02 kit.
I have read the forums on here about drop checkers and C02 diffusion and found them very helpful but trying to work out the best way to diffuse the C02 is hard.
I have a 450l tank, 108W lighting, tetratec ex 1200 filter and I have just installed a 120cm bubble curtain using a tetratec SP 450 to pump air into the tank.
The bubble curtain has opening as each end of the piping and the air pump has two valves.
Would it work to have tubing from the C02 bottle and air pump meet a 'joining' piece and then flow into the bubble curtain as a way of diffusion?
( I have also got some one way halves. Where would be the best place to use these? If this would work of course.)
