hi there
sorry to be a pain but i have just realised what a mistake i made today i bought 2 jewel cichlids settled them in the tank but when i went to move a filter and some plants they both went mad at my hand headbutting it, silly i know but it scared me. Does anyone think it would be really bad if i took the fish back to the shop, honestlt i love fish i have guppies, gouramis, platies, neon tetras but nothing like this i was really freaked out. thanks in advance

 my old jaguar cichlid used to attack me all the time,so i ended up using a syphon to do everything in the tank
Sounds like your mix if there in the same tank are not good mix

the jewel cichlids are in a tank of there own 64l one the other fish are in my bigger tank, do you think i could change the jewel one for something abit calmer i dont want them doing the same to my daughter either she feeds all the fish usually she will be scared stiff

yes if you dont feel confident go and blag saying they started fighting with something in the tank and please change them<batter your eyelids etc>......
look at things like keyhole cichlids or just something placid like tetra's or if they have them ask about dwarf puffer fish, there freshwater grow to 1inch and are sooo cute want to know you so much
but cant keep to many in one tank, i have three had them a couple of weeks now, there great fun

Hi, afraid there is not such thing as a dwarf green spotted puffer, however there are Dwarf puffers and Green spotted puffers,
All puffers are fin nippers and aren't really suitable for community setups
