Please Help 2 Ill Fish With Different Symptoms!

ok, so i just been away for 4 days did the usual water change before i went. came back and the water is rather cloudy i think due to one of the filters being jamed up but the other is working fine and does enough water for the tank anyway. first off my lazer cory has alot of what id best describe as blisters over him, they are clearish/white but you can still see his full colours, he seems ok with himself and is happily eating. The other is my honey gourami has a big red lump come up just behind his eye he seems a little more withdrawn than normal but is still eating ok. im just about to carry out a 50% water change and i have some anti fungus and finrot treatment which im thinking of using. any advice?? obviously the shops are closed now. so im doing the best i can. any advice would be much appreciated. thanks.

i have now used the only meds i have as stated above. the water has now gone very cloudy is this what the treatment usually does?? please help!!

i fear my gourami may have droopsy . his gills are raised hes very subdued and his scales are starting to raise. is there anything i can do. i dont have a spare tank to put it in? shall i do water changes? please help me!
