Please can someone tell what this is growing out my live rock,is it good bad and what shall i do with it ?

How exactly just remove the rock and let him have it then replace rock straight back in tank ?

You got it!! You could take the rock out of the water and see if you can cut most of it off. Then you just have to blast the stump with the blow torch and give the rock a rinse in tank water before placing rock back into the tank. Aiptasia is a type of anemone and a bit of a nuisance; it grows incredibly fast and can sting your corals even killing them. Simply fry the sucker with a blow torch and you should have resolved that issue .

i had it before when i had marine, i killed it with lemon in a syringe. just nuked them all
