Platy With Something On Lip

Ok was doing a water change today and noticed that one of my female platies seems to have a growth on her top lip not sure if she has been fighting or if it is some sort of fungal infection? Any ideas as to how to treat it would be appreciated! I cant add salt to the tank as I have 3 corries in with the platies!

Ok there are 2 possibilities.

1. She could have got it from fighting which is not very likely at all.
2. She could have a fungus which I really think it is can you describe it more??

I checked on her this morning and it doesnt look as bad as it was last night! There are no strands coming off her lip or anything! I'll get some antibacterial treatment just in case! Thanks for your help!
