Platy Variant? Specled (blueish) Body Redy Tail

I was wondering if anyone could tell me which varient of Platy this fish is?

I currently have one male and would like to see if I could get some more in the same colouring, but don't know which they are...

That's a variatus platy... the blue speckling on its own (usually with cellophane fins) is called blue coral, so I don't know exactly what you'd call it. Redfin blue coral?

sheesh, I'll be OM47 probably remembers, like me, when Sunset Platies where about the only variation!

No, your pic is not of a sunset, I assume its a variatus just like Laura called it. Maybe its a blue coral mated with a sunset!

I assume you've figured out that google images gives very quick feedback on lots of possible looks of a given fish name entered...
