Platy Premature Birth?

Ello,
 
So I have a pregnant platy, Minnie :

And she gave birth to this little baby (It is separated from the others):

But she still has eggs in her. Was this a premature birth? Are they known to have a baby born as its ready? Are the other eggs in her not viable and being reabsorbed? There are 3 other fish with Minnie: 2 other females and a male. I wasnt sure who had the little one but when I looked at her I noticed the eyes that had been visible in her were gone, indicating she had the baby. Any answers would be great.

Female livebearers can 'hold on' to their fry if they feel stressed or insecure. Is she in a breeder box/hatchery thing?

No, she is free swimming at the moment in the community tank (10G) . Should I move her into a breeders net in my nursery tank (1G)? I would right now but I lost a fry earlier to the under gravel filter. It made its way under the gravel along the wall of the tank and got spat out the air stack dead when I put it in there. When I saw that I immediately removed the other one and put it in the container as you see in the picture, floating in the big tank.

SO I re-seated the gravel in the nursery tank so  I dont lose another baby. Should I move Minnie into a breeders net in the nursery tank?

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, all female livebearers should be left alone, in the main tank, to give birth.
