Platy Mix Will They Need Special Care?

i have 3 platys a blue rainbow platy a blue platy and a dalmation platy. the dalmation breeded with the blue rainbow one i was wondering if the baby would need special care

The resulting offspring will still be a platy (or more like more platies, around 20) so the care is similar to any other fry:
either save them and put them in a breeder's net or put them in a separate tank with a filter with media from your main tank or in worst case leave them in main tank and hope they don't get eaten by the adults.
Feed with crushed flakes till they're big enough to eat bloodworms and then feed them a mix of those + tiny flakes.
 
The only fry that are threatened are from albino fish because they have trouble seeing well enough to avoid predators. Any fish with good color will do just fine.

Now this explains why all my red-eyed fry get killed so fast while the dark colored ones survive longer.
 
Yes FishBlast, the pink eyed albinos often have vision problems. If the adults in the tank are also pink eyed albinos, that gives the fry a bit better chance but the fry are still at a disadvantage compared to their "normal" cousins.
