Platy fry food?

My platy has just given birth! (sorry but its my first fry!)and i was wondering what to feed it?My next door neighbour saif hair algae is a good food for them ?is this right?

Not many fish eat hair algae and platy fry are not one of those fish. I like to hatch my own brine shrimp (basically sea monkeys) and feed them to my fry. Also if you crush up flake food into tiny bits that can be used.

Yes, it has to be newly hatched brine shrimp, if you want great grouth rates from them.
