That platy care sheet looks like the one in our species index. In fact it is a direct copy of the article in the species index. The index is the first place I look for care information for fish I don't already know.

the only thing I would add is they like an algae wafer to eat aswell. They'll also nibble on any algae in the tank but don't expect them to deal with it all like a plec would. They are constant nibbler's and will spend all their time searching for food of any kind - often your plants aswell. I've given up on cabomba, eleadia (spelling) and vallis

Its not lying either If you have males and females, you will have babies. Mine are worse than rabbits.

Touche, I guess you can put it like that lol. I wish mine would quit acting like rabbits lol. I have 18 platy babies.

can we please stop being mean to poor little rabbits.

Only a 6 month delay....we were done being mean to rabbits back in august
