Platy Aborting? Or Something Else

My white mickey mouse platy is extremely pregnant!! I notices today that her poop is a very deep red and there are little black dots in it. Shes staying at the top and breathing heavily and appears to possibly be bleeding from where ever the babies come out (forgot the term). I'm sure this is serious! Please help!!

When you say she is bleeding, do you mean it's a very bright red? Or is it just a light red? It's possible the fry turned around, and that can make it look red. Also, you said she's white. When I had a white Platy and they gave birth, their gravid spot turned orange/red afterwards, since there were no fry in there and you could just see the eggs/sperm/internal coloring. It may be nothing to worry about. Her waste may be just from something she ate. Do you feed bloodworms or anything like that at all?

i completely forgot about feeding her bloodworms as a treat the last couple of days. so that rules out the waste. as for the bleeding my boyfriend discovered it. it was really light and has gone away since. it only lasted for a split second (dissolved into the water) and then another trickle came about. like i said it's gone now. as for the spots, they are black but where they were has an indentation. all of the other fish chase her around all the time and she is VERY pregnant. i feel bad for her. the tank has lots of hiding places but when she hides from one another one finds her. and she goes nuts in a breeding trap and aborts in there too.

which of them would be the lesser of the 2 evils?

i think that she is just aborting or now as anna said the fry might have turned around. if so, will she be ok with the fry being turned around?

When my platy was pregnant the same thing use to happen to her since she's so light and see through you could see the babies eyes there were times when they would turn around and you could'nt see them anymore i use to think she aborted to but she gave birth so they were there.I guess they just turned around.
