Well, now that our Molly fry are nicely coloured two week old "juves".......our freshly installed (1 week) Platy decided that she would surprise us with some little orange streaks with eyes........

This is a pic of mum prior to going into labour......

Time in UK is just before midnight and we have six fry in the fry-floater..........that will do for now......there is a fairly heavily planted corner in which we can see another few........but nature will have to take its course...... -_-

B) B) B) ....very exciting....... :D

Ta all............we have seen another three hiding out in the "planted corner" (well, the thickest planted) and the loaches/cats and mini-molly squad haven't found them yet......... :p :p :D .

Chooklet...........good luck.......but.........  .....his mother is in there... ;) .

I think that subsequent in-bred generations may increase the likelihood of genetic defects being repeated/increased.

......but, hey......I am a printer.......what do I know about genetics....
