Hi, I have 6 Platies and 3 of them are changing colour. One of them seems to have changed in 24 hours. Any answers? My tank has been running for 4 weeks.
Sometimes fish change colour when they are stressed. The 2 platies I added on friday were very pale and washed out looking but now have gone the full colour. Your tanks been set up 4 weeks, did you cycle it?
Yes, I cycled the tank. My yellow platy is getting an orange tail, my orange platy is going really red at the front and yellowy at the tail end. They are fine in themselves, active and eating.
