Platies And Vegetables

I just bought a veggie clip and am wondering if platies prefer a certain type of vegetable over another.

At the store they suggested romaine lettuce, has anyone had luck with anything else.

I feed some of the outer softened leaves from my Brussels sprouts when I have some for dinner. Almost all of my vegetable eaters love it. No clip needed as the leaves will sink on their own. I almost always check my dinner plate for nice looking green vegetables that have been softened enough for my fish to try.

Not a vegetable, but my live bearers love eating nori seaweed sheets from the supermarket (for sushi) from veggie clips .

Raw romaine lettuce? Or is there any preparation? Sorry, I am sort of new to this....
