Plants! Where To Buy Them

hi i was just wondering where is the best place to buy plants from?..is there a place on line thats cheeper than the shops...cos there not what i would call great plants in my fish shops not that i know what to buy i just buy cos they look nice (Novice) so any advice on where to buy them some site maybe? any would be great pls also how about fish?..do ya buy them on line is that a good idea have seen some places that do it but kinda worried for the fish in the post..so advice would be great thankyou

Mail-order aquarium plants are ideal for initial tank filling and for obtaining a specific species of plant that your local shop may not have.

A popular choice is to buy a collection. These normally comprise of a broad selection of species, so at least some of the plants will likely be suited to your tank’s conditions.

Generally they will always arrive in good condition and most suppliers will provide some sort if identification and planting guide.

If you are UK then I’d recommend Greenline for their collections and "common" plants.

For specimen plants, or more delicate and demanding species I'd recommend Birstall
