I would recommend talking to off-ice over at plantgeek.com forums. He provided some of my plants and I'm happy.

try "www.thehiddenreef.com" they are a specialty fish store in philadelpia, PA that grow thier own plants. They are very healthy an beautiful. Just got some excellent java "fern" and "moss" from there. I live near htere so I go personally. They are very clean, and their fish are very healthy. I reccomend them strongly. Check them out. The take e-mail orders and ship there products.

I second ddream's referral to Off-Ice at www.plantgeek.net. If you go to the swap meet in the forums, there is usually always plants from other hobbyists for cheap. I have personally purchased plants from Off-Ice and could not have been more pleased. He's very reasonable also.

You can also do research on the Plantguide on plantgeeks, and then ask your lfs to order them for you.
