Plants Having Babies?

I think some of my plants are having babaies.

This is the plant (big one at the back)

Here are the shoots with waht I think maybe new plants on them.

I have no idea what is going on

It's flowering It may spring plantlets out of there as well.

Well, it either means the plants thinks it's on its death bed so making a last attempt at propagation or is extremely happy with life in general.. I reckon the latter
