what plants do bettas like? and ive heard about these betta beds  where would i get one from, considering mine has a specific place he sleeps now :fun:

I was just wondering about Java moss and if they might like that any one know?

betta are not picky about which plants they have with them. they just like the plants! so any plants you can get and keep healthy would be fine. Java moss is easy and you can have some fun scaping with it (making moss walls etc). other good choices are camboba, elodea, wisteria, vallis and crypts to name a few. all fairly undemanding plants and grow quite well in nearly any tank.
hope that helps
cheers

My Betta has got amazon sword, crypts and two types of nymphaea lilly in his tank. May get him some camboba as well as heard they like this.

As Loraxchick has said, I find that my bettas love any plant that they get to use. My own gets to use Cryptocorynes, elodea, java moss, Vallisneria americanus, Anubias nana and even java moss. Since it is merely a resting place for an exhausted fish, they will use whatever is handy at the time. I find that over time my Betta splendens use the refuge of plants less and less often as they get into better physical shape by actually exercising in the higher flow areas of the tank. Unlike many people, I do not consider my bettas as substandard swimmers and they respond to my lack of babying them by becoming stronger swimmers.

Yeah my mr betta loves to swim against the current! well i have hornwort, cabomba, vallis, java fern, java moss coconut cave, bogwood, and some sort of ludwigia i think. and he now chooses to sleep under a flat stone leaning against the side
