plants for a goldie tank

I used to have my goldie tank planted but awhile back removed them all and went with fake....yuck!!!
Today I bought ANOTHER tank and stand, a 25 Gallon, for my one goldie I just cant seem to give away. )

Anyhow, I want to add live plants but am unsure of what kinds.
I know anubius, Microsorium, and some crypts are ok, but what else is there?
Java moss?

basically cold loving plants and plants that taste disgusting for the goldfishes thats why the anubias and java fern species some in handy in this category i hear they are disgusting to eat (thats what my fishies tell me )
