Plants For A 28l 11w Aquarium

after some planning i have decided to plant my 28l, although there is only 11w. i'm not an expert on plants or lighting but i know that this isn't much at all.

i know that java fern, java moss, crypts, anubias, egeria densa and hygrophilia polysperma are okay with this lighting but are there any other plants that will be okay under these conditions? i don't use fertilizer, CO2 or any of that stuff because i'm not that jazzy with plants yet.

Are you sure? i always thought amazon swords needed high amounts of light.

Depends on the species of Echinoderous. Some are fine in low light, some are more needy.

I grow moss and hair grass (Eleocharis Acicularis) in my 27 litre 11w tank
