Plants Are Dying

my plants were perfect just manged to get rid of pond snails, and my plants leaves are falling off almost everyday and are also brown can anyone help my worst plant is a java fern which is easy to look after but is dying

You need to post all your "stats".....ie tank size, water test levels, lighting wpg, co2 levels or method, ect......someone on this forum can definitely help if you do that.
