Plantamin Solution

ive just bought some plantamin fertiliser stuff and i absaloutly cannot work out how much i'm supposed to put in my 19 gallon tank. its says 5ml per 10l(2.2gallons).

i've got to like 45mls but that cant be right surely??

I get 43ml, but that sounds like a lot to me. I don't know... Sorry
