Plant Suggestions

I just bought a 20 gallon long tank and a 65 watt light strip, a nutrafin DIY C02 kit, and two bags of eco complete substrate. I've been looking around various forums and websites looking at different ways people design their layout.

Given all of this I will have 3.25 wpg, which i'm pretty sure will let me grow pretty much any type of plant, right?

I've found a tank that looks pretty nice and i want to try and make a similar looking one. http/www.pbase.com/michihir0/image/54965931

The carpet is glossostigma, i think i reach the requirements for that. There is some dwarf hairgrass? in the back right so i will purchase some of that and plant it. I am not really sure as to what the stem plants are, but i looked around and these seemed like they would go together nicely, so tell me what you think. Wisteria, Water Sprite, Telanthera Rosefolia, any other suggestions?

I also have a piece of bogwood with java ferns attached to it, they are about 7 inches long so i may throw that into the mix.

Any suggestions on plants or layout would be greatly appreciated

I have trouble growing wisteria vertically in high light. It prefers to spread horizontally no matter how I trim it.

I'll rattle off a list of some of my favorite plants that have done well in my tanks under high light.

Ludwigia glandulosa
Rotala macranda
Cabomba furcata
Tonina fluviatalis
Pogostemon stellatus
Ammannia gracilis
Alternanthera reineckii
Nymphaea lotus
Hygrophila sp.
Vals sp.
Bacopa sp.

It looks like Ludwigia Arcuata to me, but the leaves are too long.
