Plant Pots As Ornaments....where Do I Buy Them?

I've noticed a lot of people's tanks have little pots half buried, sideways in their gravel, I'm guessing this acts as an ornament and provides hiding spots for fishes rather than for plants?

I was wondering where you could buy these from as I haven't noticed the LFS selling them! Maybe I'll check next time I go but I am interested in getting one.

What are the pros and cons of the plant pot in a community?

You can get them at garden centers
Pros:None
Cons:None

All to do with if you like them.
Somethimes fish will hide in there or some plec will breed in there.

I wanted to get one or two at the local hardware store today but thought to myself how I was going to split them in half!

Is it possible to bury the whole pot in your gravel? So half of the pot would be completely buried in gravel while the other half is above the gravel for the fish to hide in?

Or is there some way to split them in half?

Just go to another LFS, all the stores near me sell them in halves.

Hehe - just kidding - as Pauly said, try a LFS and they're bound to have some halves...
