Plant List For Juwel Rio 180 Update!

Anubias barteri var nana, and Anubias nana petite would both stay quite small, as for the crypts most species would do okay, to name some:
C.willisii, C.bullosa, C.petchii, C.becketii, C.wendtii (green, brown and mioya), C.parva, C.nevellii, C.undulatus

Right now that I've changed a few things quite radically I would like to check if everything is in order. I will be using a 2kg fire extinguisher for pressurised CO2 and 1/2 multiple powerheads to boost the flow sooo could I know have the plants which were not a good idea before? Also will these lighting tubes be sufficient/the right colour range? And should I go for 1 very powerful powerhead or 2 weaker ones (any reliable/fairly cheap brands?).

Lighting is fine and colour is irrelevant. Plants don't care about kelvin and most aquarium bulbs are full spectrum anyway, thus will have peaks in red/blue wavelengths (nm).
I'd personally go for one powerhead. Koralia are a popular choice.

Thanks, where should it go if I put my spray bar at the left side of the tank and the outlet pipe in the far left corner? I was thinking of putting it in the middle pointing into the tank at an angle or at the same end as the outlet pipe but pointing away from it. How many Lph should I have (bearing in mind I'm going for a Tetratec ex700 (700 lph)

I'd put the powerhead just below the spray bar, facing the same direction. A powerhead with a minimum output of 1100 litres per hour should suffice.

Thank you very much, I think I'll go for a Hydor Koralia 1 (1500lph). Now all I've got to do is work out which plants will like this flow and which ones wont...

All of them will appreciate this flow (increases the rate at which nutrients/CO2 are delivered to plants). Obviously the more delicate ones aren't a good choice to put right infront of a powerhead but speaks for itself.
