i got this plant at my LFS....it grows massive in very short periods of time ....its from a bulb and im wondering how i could take so cuttings or even cut the bulb in half so i could put some other than the one corner of the tank.

Aponogeton Ulvaceus i do believe. Not 100% sure as i've never owned this plant, however i'm pretty sure on its appearance. IT can grow quickly, and produce alot of leaves from one bulb, thus making it an ideal focal point as it grows so big.

Best if someone corrects me or confirms what i put to be sure though.
