Can anyone identify these plants for me? They grow REALLY fast, and I love them! They seem to be doing really well.
Also the seem to be growing long roots from the top of their stems down to the bottom of the tank, so if anyone could tell me what that is, that would be great.

Thanks!

The new roots allow you to snip the runner and plant your plants as individuals. I would wait until the roots are a fairly good size before doing that.

they look like a hygrophila species to me.

Yeah it's defo hygro, I had that in with my puffers, it creates a really natural look of a swampy river, plus the fish love it. :)

If you let it start to protrude from the water surface a little it will also turn pinkish red.

Dunno mate mine didn't but once close to the lighting it changed colour nicely.
