Plant Id And Pruning

Hi' Guy's , Im just wondering if you could i'd the plant which has the stalk coming out of it on the following picture.

It's now got a couple of stalk type bits coming from within it , should i chop these off and replant or what?

Plants confuse me

Echinodorus aquatica from the looks of things, leave the stalks, and flowers may develop on it.

Cant quite see enough detail, but it looks like an Echinodorus sp. thats attempting to flower.

Btw, it would do much better if you took it out of that tiny pot and gave each individual plant a few inches of space.

Hi' Cheers , wasnt sure if it was multiplying or not, It's gone through the pot already its like a plastic pot with gaps in it, i will take it out on the next water change to aid it's growth.
