Plant Food?

I have a small 2.5 gallon tank with a Betta in it. It also has some Java Fern in it, do I need plant food?

Not unless you have some good lighting. How many watts is your bulb?

No, that small amount of water is not worth fertilizing. Java fern will grow anywhere.....with in reason.

Anyways, my fertilizers say 5 mills to 200L so dammed if i know how you would measure for a 2.5gallon.

It will be getting the 'fertiliser' automatically thro' fish poop and with every water change it will get trace minerals.

dont bother. no need for Java Fern, it'll grow anywhere.
