here is my plan:

Freshwater fish

10-Gallon Tropical
Fish: Platys, Barbs, Danios, Tetras, Algae eaters, and loaches.

Under 5 Gallon Betta
Fish: 1 Betta.

20-Gallon Cyclid
Fish: Cyclids
Saltwater Fish

Special Tropical Saltwater
Fish: Clownfish (fake or real), French angelfish, Pygmy Angels, and chalk basslets.

one betta male is alone in the 5g right? He must be. They can fight with males and females sometimes.

your 10 gallon is over-stocked. And yes as eelzor said do not get two male bettas I would just get 1 if I were you.
