Pike Characin Problem

My pike characin has developed a white hump by his stomach. I'm not an expert, so I have no clue what's happening. Is it just it's stomach expanding or does it have a disease of some sort?

Are there any fish in the tank with the Pike? sometimes if a fish gets bitten by another fish it will cause a white bump from the bite. Is the fish bloated?

There are other fish in the tank with the pike. But it isn't bloated.

Update: I think he just had a big meal because the bump is a bit smaller this morning.

sometimes when fish eat a big meal they will get very large bellies but if it's more of a small white bump that resembles a "pimple" it is from a bite from another fish
