Pictus Catfish

Hey, everyone! I'm planning to buy 3-4 pictus catfish to put in my 38-gallon tank. I was wondering if there was any other fish I could put with it that would add a more vibrant feel to my tank. Any suggestions are welcome

Could you please post; the dimensions of your tank, the hardness and pH of your water, and what fish you currently have?

I don't mean to rain on your parade, but Pictus catfish, while fairly small, need to have quite a bit of swimming room and plenty of hides. I'm not sure that a 38g is a large enough set up for them. You're right in planning to buy a small group as they're schooling fish, but the fact that they are only means more space is needed.
