This is my male, trying to direct an apple snail away from the entrance of it's breeding cave.

This female is in "courting" mode displaying her "brilliant" colours to the male.

That female of yours doesn't look like a regular krib. Could it be a P. taeniatus ?

the smaller of the two is the female she isnt showing as brilliant colours as she usually does though.....and as im sure you have guessed the large one is the male!
