On an interesting side note, Buttercup (our tire track eel) is once again out and about swimming around the tank. When we inherited the pacu she started staying in her hidey-hole a lot more and now over the last few days she's been exploring again. Perhaps the pacu intimidated the eel a bit?

Anyway, interesting!

Greetings once again!

One more quick update - as of last night Jinxy (the fan-tailed goldfish) found a new home back in her original tank in one of my kids' bedroom. We had bought some new plants for the main tank and Jinxy decided to feast a little bit and left a bit of a mess in the morning so I received the go-ahead from the boss (a.k.a. my wife ) to find her a new abode.

Slowly but surely we're getting more where I'd like to be with my nice tank of oddballs. Now if I can just get quick enough on the draw to catch those damn algae eaters. . . .
