so I got a new cell yesterday and today I had the great idea of having people show off their offices.

so I got a pic of my office. you know the way I figure it I have the best one around how many people would kill over an office with a veiw.

any how heres the view from my office.

He's a lorry driver so it is his office. You may also notice that he's driving on the wrong side of the road so I suppose I should say he is a trucker

I spend a lot of my time in the car too, but attached is a pic taken from the kitchen window of my office.

too right you are Arfie, I am indeed a truck driver. I drive a 2000 volvo with a 50 foot 6 axle trailer for a CGVW of 125,000 lbs average, in excess of 400 miles a day. I am actually in my truck for more hours per day than I am home. in fact I am only home to sleep and eat.

if I remember to tomorrow I will grab a quick pic for you guys. but as my wife has found out telling me to do something before I go to bed is pretty useless.

We don't have time at my work to take pics of offices (or labs in my case)

We have a lot of bushland near my work which we can see from the window...but the windows can't be opened ALSO there are cobwebs building up SOOOO bad on the outside of the windows that we almost can't see the view.....they say it would cost $6000 to get the windows cleaned.....YEAH RIGHT.....they just want us to not look out the windows....part of their brain washing thing I guess.

We also have a very nice courtyard where we USED to be able to eat lunch....then they stopped it because it looks like people were loitering We also can't eat lunch in "our" designated area since there are always having meetings in there and you are likely to get kicked out at any time....go figure

I know I said I would try and get a pic of my truck sooner but I either kept forgetting to take the pic or it was pitch black out when I had the oppertunity as they have recently changed my route and I am driving near 600 miles per day so I have to start at 2 or 3 am and am not usually back till near 8 pm

but heres one taken when I was broken down at the shop and had to wait for the mechanic to come in and fix it.

juan-If your on the road so much...do you have fish tanks in the truck!? (Or atleast, how do you have the time to take care of fish?)

I do get the weekends off and that is when I do the tank maintnece. other than that my wife feeds the fish for me.

This pic is of The School of Infomatics and Engineering (Sp?), Earth Sciences Building, and Physical Siences Building at FlindersUni. South Theatre 3 is in there somewhere, which is where I spend the majority of my lectures. Im lucky getting to spend most days there!
