Picture Sizes

Been reading through a few posts recently and the sizes of some pictures is beyond a joke, loading them is impossible, please could you resize before posting that way users with lower speeds can load the pictures without any trouble.

Yours are fine mate, it's just those that are so big when loading that you have to scroll across 10 times in order to see it.

I wouldn't mind it if I could get a decent internet speed, but most of the time I try to look at journals and the pictures wont load because they're so big.
