Aww, that wasn't very nice! D: Ahh well. Just to make it clear, I'm a little person (4'11, 110lb 18-year old girl, not some big old muscley guy!) and think it would suit me better than like an ugly cichlid or oscar or something. I love guppies, they're my absolute favorite fish. They are tiny like me! I'm a community-fish kind of person.

I would get as many guppy pics as you can. From any angle you can. Print them out and take them to a very good tattoo artist and tell him/her what you want.
I'm sure they'd be able to sketch something out for you if they're decent.
If they don't get it right the first time, tell them or go somewhere else.

This. I don't think you can get the tail to show off in a picture from above very well, so the artist would need to be a bit creative with the angle to make the entire fish look good.
