This is a 21.6 litre hexagon tank. It's cycling at the mo. I wanted a tree in the middle and bought this one on ebay not realising how large it was. I think it looks good but do you think it takes up too much room? I plan to have one male betta in there plus 3 little albino cories.

Oh and the water level will be higher once I've stopped fiddling around with it lol.

Thanks I like the tree but I think I should have gotten a smaller one

I think the tree is an ok size.

It looks bigger on the first photo but I think that is because you have it at the front of the tank rather than the back or middle.

Leave the tree in and see how it is with your fish in :)

Thanks yeah it is at the front. I can position it too the back more.

I've moved it to the middle more and it looks better. Room to swim at the front and back. I'm still waiting for my heater to come so I can get it cycled.

Glad you finally got your new tank Marie! :good: The tree looks good and I'm sure your boy will have fun sleeping on it! Once you've got your heater and betta in the tank you'll have more of an idea whether or not the tree is too large for the tank. Hopefully it will all be perfect though :good: :D

Thanks hopefully it will cycle quickly once I get the heater and add mature media from my other tank and then I can get my boy
