Thanks for taking a look, everyone.

Great pics. We also picked up a spotted leopard last week. He is the cutest little bastage in our tank. Love how he "floats" down while being arched in a u-shape. Like he is in extreme sports and whatnot. LOL

Anyways, good thing that you already have many tanks in place. Because according to our fish dealer, the leopards grow up tp be about three inches. And later on, they will start eatin other smaller fishes. He also mentioned they will get aggressive as they grow.

But to me, the meaning of "aggressive" varies between different people. To me (and I am sure some others), eating live fish does not define a fish as being agressive. "Just my ten cents".

Enjoy your fishes !!!

Very nice fishes, I like the guppy and betta the most, specially love the red colour guppy & orange colour betta. So lovely. :good:

Nice tanks keep up the good work.
Erk628, thank you for your kind words!

NutMutt, lol! I know the move you're talking about! Spot does it all the time, and he's just adorable when he does it. I chuckled over "extreme sports or whatnot". Congrats on your new edition! I'm afraid though, that they grow to be much larger than three inches. I believe they can get to be about six inches, actually (though they are slow to mature). You're right about them munching on small fish though, which is why his tankmates are getting rehomed soon. I've also heard that they aren't that aggressive amongst fish that don't fit into their mouths, and are actually relatively peaceful. Which I'm glad to hear!

I actually started a topic about Spot and there's a lot of helpful information in it. http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=173657

Or, this is the site I used for most of my info on Spot: http://www.aquahobby.com/gallery/e_Ctenopoma_acutirostre.php

Hope you enjoy your fish as much as I do mine!

Wow I love the betta and the tank.
Josiah, thanks! I'm very fond of Flik. He's quite the character, as well as a sexxy lil' fish! Lol!

Wei0204, thank you for the compliments! The red male guppy is my favourite! He's really flashy looking.

Just took some pictures of ours in a newly acquired "cave" we have set up for him. He seems to like it because it nice and dark. Feeling protected and whatnot. I will upload the pics to this thread as soon I a get them on this machine.

I will also take a look at those other links you mentioned. Thanks and good luck !!!
