I'm just setting up my 96 ltr tank and thought about this stocking it with these fish:

6-10 Cherry Barbs
6-10 Neon Tetras
6-10 Zebra Danios
2 Black Mollies
2 Dwarf Gouramis
2-3 Cory cats (Not sure what kind, any ideas?)

Would that be too much?
Will these fish get along with eachother?
Any recommendations on other fish I should get instead? (Please, just not guppies)

25 gallons

Too much for a 25 gallon. One possible option would be:

2 Dwarf Gourami (male and female pair)
10 Neon Tetra (they do well in larger groups. You could get away with 5, but it wouldn't look as nice and they wouldn't do as well)
4 or 5 Corydoras (I'm assuming these grow to 2.5 inches

Then you have a nice mix of bottom, middle, and top level fish.

What about:
2 Dwarf Gourami
10 Neon Tetra
4 Corydoras
And 5-6 Zebra Danios or Cherry Barbs

I'd like more than one shoal of fish...

What are the tank dimensions? Surface area differences in the tanks in this size range make a huge difference.

2 Dwarf Gourami
5 Neon Tetra
4 Corydoras
And 5-6 Glo Lite Tetra (might be called glo-light tetra)

That would be better...

80 cm length
40 cm height
30 cm width

Pseud has a good suggestion. If your heart is set on your initial list, might I suggest:

2 Dwarf Gourami
8 Neon Tetra
5 Corydoras
3 Cherry Barbs (1M:2F)

3 full shoals of fish, plus two dwarf gourami would look crowded in my opinion. 3 cherry barbs (don't need to school) gets you the extra species with as much crowding.

Could any of these fish have a problem with my aquarium as it is not planted?

Every single one of these fish would really appreciate a planted tank, though it's not completely necessary.

Do you have driftwood or some rocks? A few java fern plants would probably go a long way to making everyone comfortable. And they're easy to just attach to something and let grow, even in a very low light tank.

I'm not sure about planting even a java fern as I don't really want to bother with the problems associated with live plants (algae bloom for example).
I'm not an expert on the subject but it would complicate things for me so I rather wait a while before I do plant it.

This is my aquarium atm.
The wood/plants are artificial.

Nice tank. I really like that fake wood piece.

Why would you think that java fern (or any other live plant) would cause an algal bloom? The exact opposite is true. Plants compete with algae for light and nutrients.

Well if you're interested in shoal fish, I would suggest 10 carinals and 10 rummy nose tetras. They're both stunning fish, and are a bit larger than your average neon, so the tank does look over-stocked, while it's not. However, i'm not so sure on how dependant these fish are on live plants.
