I am currently in the process of opening a freshwater tropical fish website and am looking for photo donations. I would never use any photos without permission, thus my reason for asking.

I will accept any photos but am specifically looking for photos of Discus, Guppies, Clown Loaches and Neon Tetras.

Thanks guys :)

I'll send you some with a PM  ...

I have a Discus tank, but before I submit any photos, may I ask exactly what the websites is about? If it has information on fish keeping, could we have a sample paragraph?

you can use my pics as long as you put "Photo taken by Paul Miskew" under it or something

Thank you for all of the submissions, guys! They are exactly what I'm looking for.

The website will ultimately have fish profiles and other articles on fishkeeping as a whole. I haven't started writing the website yet, just coding the layout (web design is another interest of mine aside from fishkeeping) which is why I cannot give a sample yet, but I'll be happy to provide one when I eventually get around to writing some stuff.

Most of the photos that I'm asking for at the moment are for the home page although may be used in some fish profiles and articles. Obviously, I haven't kept every fish on earth although I have kept quite a few so I will be thoroughly researching those that I need to. I may also ask for some help from you guys in getting the site up and running if you are willing to share some expertise!

When providing the photos, if you could write the name of the fish in the photo then that would be good. Paul: full credit will be given so if you could provide a first and second name then that would be even better. :)

The photos will not be distributed or reproduced in any way although they may be cropped or resized. If your photos are used then I will contact you with a 'terms and conditions' type thing, so I want to do this thing properly.

Also, when the site is up I may be looking for a few people to do a short intervive with or talk us through their tank scape - that sort of thing.

Hope this gives you a better idea of what your photos are going to be used for. :) If your interested in helping, being part of an interview then just post here or PM me.

Oh, and we're still looking for more photos. :) All are appreciated. Anyone who has given a photo may be the first to be given the chance to experience new features when the site is up.

Cheers

dive into my photobucket album, theres hundreds of pics on there. take whatever you like as long as you mention where they came from when using them.
